A small but enthusiastic group of leatherworkers meet weekly on Thursday mornings, including some who have worked with leather during their working lives over many years, as well as complete novices. The group works on a number of projects including maintaining a stock of solid leather belts for sale within membership and the general community. Other products include bags, whips, plaited belts and small wallets. The leatherwork room is stocked with a wide range of tools and equipment, including a heavy duty Cowboy 4500 leather sewing machine.
